La Paz is located on a large bay on the Sea of Cortes and is a “Mekka” for scuba divers.

Traveling north by water takes you to the wilderness islands of El Espiritu Santo, La Partida and Los Islotes, where scuba divers, snorkelers and beach lovers enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the Sea of Cortez.

Hammerhead sharks, Sea Lion Colonies, Giant Manta Rays, shipwrecks and many more make the waters around La Paz a diver's paradise.
